Terms and conditions of sale of the Irene Correnti Danza website

I.C. DANZA di Irene Correnti (hereinafter also referred to as “the firm”) with registered office at 79 Via Luigi Capuana 90036 Misilmeri (PA) resells online technical clothing for:

Ballet, modern dance and contemporary dance
Ballroom and Latin American dances
Rhythmic and artistic gymnastics
Hip-hop dance
Figure skating and twirling
Fitness, yoga, pole dance, heels dance.

The sale on our online site is aimed at:

Privates
Dance schools and sports associations
Gyms
Retailers and distributors

Special discounts are reserved for dance schools, retailers and distributors.

PAYMENTS AND COSTS

The prices shown on each product page are VAT excluded.

Every order can be concluded by paying:

By bank transfer using the link in the check-out tab
Via paypal using the link in the check-out tab
By credit card using the link in the check-out tab

A confirmation page will display a summary of the transaction, and an e-mail version of this summary will be promptly sent to the e-mail address provided.

LEAD TIME

For orders of prompt delivery goods(shoes, tights and accessories), goods will be shipped within 48 h after order confirmation and payment.

Clothing production times

All clothing items we produce are made to order based on the customer’s request.

Dance leotards and modern sets: 7 business days (Mon-Fri) from payment to order confirmation
Costumes, Tutus, Tracksuits, and Uniforms: 10 business days (Mon-Fri) from payment to order confirmation

If average production times are longer than expected, we will inform you via email or phone.
You will be free to decide whether to confirm or cancel your order.
Similarly, you can request shorter lead times by contacting us.
We will respond within 24 hours to let you know if we can meet your request.

We use Bartolini or SDA courier for shipments within Italy

For international shipments, we use DPD, DHL, or UPS couriers.

Free shipping is sent via standard rate; for express shipments, it will always be necessary to select and pay the express rate.
For international shipments, any local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Art. 52 of the Legislative Decree. 206/200 In terms of consumer rights, goods may be returned no later than fourteen days after receipt.
Your desire to return goods must be notified in advance by email to info@irenecorrentidanza.it.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, including labels, to our company address at Via Luigi Capuana 79, 90036 Misilmeri (PA).
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the sender.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to personalized products (e.g., printing or embroidery), custom-made items, and items in the “Professional Tutus” and “Repertoire Costumes” categories.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to purchases made as a dance school, gym, VAT holder, or reseller, unless otherwise agreed with our company.

EXCHANGES

We accept within 14 days from delivery exchanges of merchandise in case the size you ordered is incorrect except for personalized products (e.g.: printing or embroidery), custom-made items and articles in the “Professional Tutus” and “Repertoire Costumes” categories.
The shipping of the product to be replaced is at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement size with shipping costs paid by the customer.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Items considered defective or non-conforming must be returned by the customer upon notification at our registered office within fourteen days of receipt.
Items must always be returned in their original condition which includes labels.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification of the existence of the problem reported by the customer, the company will send an equal replacement item.
If the company is unable to replace the merchandise, the company will refund the full amount spent by the customer for the purchase of the product and its return.

REFUNDS

The refund time depends on the payment method used:
If you used PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account and you will be able to see it immediately.
If you used a Credit Card, the refund will be made to your credit card and you will be able to see it according to your provider’s processing times.
If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to your account and will be credited according to your bank’s processing times.
In this case, it is necessary to communicate in advance via email to info@irenecorrentidanza.it the bank details to which the refund transfer should be made.
