HOW TO BUY IRENE CORRENTI DANCE PRODUCTS
Sales on our online site are aimed at dance schools, specialist retailers, students of academic courses and amateur dancers.
Special discounts are reserved for dance schools, teachers and retailers.
ACCREDITATION
To be accredited, you must complete the registration form by clicking on the button

To be accredited as a dance school or retailer, it is necessary to provide the company or association details including the numerical tax code and/or association VAT number.
Accreditation will take place within 24 H of completing the form.
Once credited you will be able to view the prices reserved for you for each product by logging in with your account credentials.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order
of the products on the Irene Correnti Danza website is sufficient:
1) Select the product of your liking.
2) Through the various icons in the product sheet indicate fabric, color, size and quantity needed and click on “add to cart.”
3) Repeat this operation for all the items you intend to purchase
4) To finalize your purchases click on the shopping cart icon in the upper left corner and once you enter the check-out page choose your preferred payment method.

Always refer to the

which you can access either in the main menu or via the icon on each product sheet.
For dance schools and retailers, it is possible to take advantage of the service of sending rehearsal leotards by making the request by email or phone.

PAYMENTS AND COSTS
The prices shown in each product sheet always include V.A.T.
Every order can be concluded by paying:
- By bank transfer using the bank account Banca Intesa in the name of Irene Correnti Danza Iban: IT23G0306904601100000007236 (in this case the ordered items will be shipped after receiving the payment)
- Via paypal using the link in the check-out tab
- By credit card using the link in the check-out tab
- By cash on delivery with payment on delivery(option reserved for dance schools and retailers not active on the site and to be requested by phone or email contact)
A confirmation page will display a summary of the transaction, and an e-mail version of this summary will be promptly sent to the e-mail address provided.
LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY
For orders of prompt delivery goods(shoes, tights and accessories), goods will be shipped within 48 h after order confirmation and payment.
All clothing items of our production are made at the customer’s request
and therefore their manufacture and shipment takes an average of ten working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Should the average lead time be longer we will inform you using your e-mail or telephone contact and you are free to decide whether to confirm or cancel your order.
Likewise, you can request shorter times from us by using our contacts. We will respond within 24 hours to let you know if we can fulfill your request.
Delivery of goods is expected within 48 hours after departure from our premises throughout Italy by insured courier SDA.
For foreign shipments we use DHL courier and delivery time varies from 48 to 96 hours depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and counted along with the cost of the product in the cart check-out process.
Exclusively
for orders paid by bank transfer or paypal, shipping costs within the Italian territory are free for amounts of 200 euros or more.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
In accordance with Art. 52 of Leg. 206/2005, on consumer rights the goods in stock (Shoes, Tights, Accessories) may be returned, upon notification to via e-mail to I.C. DANZA di Irene Correnti (info@irenecorrentidanza.it), to our business address of via Luigi Capuana 79 90036 Misilmeri (PA) no later than fourteen days from its receipt, provided it is in its original packaging complete in all its parts. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the sender.
Irene Correnti Danza at the indication of the customer will as soon as possible exchange goods (shipping costs borne by the customer) or refund the amount net of shipping and transfer costs.
Pursuant to Art. 5 DL 185/1999, the right of withdrawal applies only if the customer is a Consumer, i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase through the use of VAT number.
According to Art. 59 paragraph (c) of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 Exchanges and returns will not be made on garments as they are made to order, unless merchandise is defective or does not conform to the order in the colors and/or fabrics of manufacture.
Garments deemed defective or nonconforming must be shipped at the customer’s own expense, upon notification by e-mail to I.C. DANZA di Irene Correnti(info@irenecorrentidanza.it), to our registered office within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.
