Exchanges or returns are not accepted on personalized products (e.g., logo printing or embroidery), custom-made items, and for articles in the "Professional Tutus" and "Repertoire Costumes" categories.
Exchanges and returns can only be requested by private buyers

Changes

• We accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• The shipping of the product to be replaced is at the customer's expense.
• Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement size with shipping costs charged to the customer.

Returns

• We accept within 14 days after delivery returns of goods for right of withdrawal.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
• Once we receive the return we will make a refund of the purchase price
