Exchanges and returns can only be requested by private buyers

Changes

We accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The shipping of the product to be replaced is at the customer's expense.
Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement size with shipping costs charged to the customer.

Returns

We accept within 14 days after delivery returns of goods for right of withdrawal.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
